The bouquet is classic Valpolicella, with the fresh notes of the Molinara grapes counterbalancing the red-berry notes of the Corvina and Rondinella. It has very pleasant flavors of cherry, strawberry, and cranberry with anise, spices and savory notes. Very drinkable and food friendly! Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
