The “1961” designation Barolo is a high-quality Barolo made from the best grapes on their estate, commemorating a significant year in their history, the year the Oberto family began estate bottling of their wines in the La Morra region of Piedmont. Made from 100% Nebbiolo and aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months.
