Bright aromas of gooseberry, citrus, melon and white peach are followed by vibrant and delicious flavors of lemon, grapefruit, white peach and quince. The long finish has racy acidity and flinty mineral notes. Aged 6-8 months in stainless steel. This crisp French white wine is to be consumed relatively young, although its freshness and aromas will evolve over 4 or 5 years. It is popular as aperitif, but pairs very well with summer salads, seafood, fish and strong cheeses.
