This is 100% Cab Franc that is estate grown has inviting aromas of blackberries and black cherry with notes of green pepper and dried herbs. On the palate, delicious flavors of black currant, black cherry, bay leaf and peppercorn, with firm tannins and a long, herbaceous finish. Aged 7 months in stainless steel.
