Winemaker Justin Harmon didn’t grow up around vineyards — he started in chemical and software engineering in Chicago. But a passion for wine and a leap of faith led him to Sonoma, where he launched Argot in 2007 with one ton of Syrah and a dream. Today, alongside his wife and business partner Beth, Argot crafts world-class Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Syrah from some of Napa and Sonoma’s most coveted vineyards.
