On the palate, complex flavors of blackberry, huckleberry, blueberry and plum with wonderful notes of black pepper, anise, eucalyptus, cured meat, espresso, smoke and garrigue. It is full-bodied with balanced acidity, velvety tannins a long savory finish. Aged: 22 months in French oak.
