Alluring aromas of honeysuckle, citrus and pears with subtle floral and chalky mineral notes. Rich flavors of pear, citrus, apple and apricot with nice acidity on the long, mineral finish. Aged on its lees in temperature-controlled vats and in French Oak barrels.
