The estate aims to strike a perfect balance between nature and production, including efforts to reduce carbon emissions during the winemaking process. Podernuovo is located in the hamlet of Palazzone, in San Casciano dei Bagni, on the border of Lazio and Umbria. It was once a post station and trade outpost for the nearby Castello di Fighine. Today it sits in a protected corner of Tuscany where ancient traditions, careful cultivation, and respect for the land endure.
