Michel Thibault has been a winemaker in the Jura since 1989, but his journey began long before, exploring and working in various wine regions to build his knowledge and craft. In 2014, he and his wife Catherine established their own winery, rooted in a shared passion and dedication to Jura’s traditions. For over 25 years, their wines have reflected a consistent philosophy: to create expressive, approachable Côtes du Jura wines that honor the region’s unique terroir. With a blend of experience, traditional know-how, and heartfelt commitment, Michel and Catherine produce wines of authenticity and quality.
