Montecariano

Located on the ridge that separates the Fumane Valley from that of Marano, the vineyards of the Montecariano winery extend on the hilly slopes facing south. Mariella Gini committed herself with her sons Matteo and Marco to safeguard this territory, wishing to escape from uniformity. The intent was to preserve some indigenous varieties such as Pelara, Oseleta, Molinara, Teroldego, Croatina alongside those traditional, Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, because for their family, the wine must represent the memory of its territory
