Stratus Vineyards is a sustainable, innovative winery located in the heart of Niagara wine country. The vineyard is planted in thirty-five separate blocs containing thirteen different grape varieties. Winemaking at Stratus is led by Dean Stoyka, a native of the Niagara Peninsula. Dean grew up in a wine family with vineyards and cellars as his childhood playground. In 2022, he became Stratus Winemaker with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and tradition, while continuing to explore and share his passion for wine.
