This Riserva is a classic, old-school style of nebbiolo with the perfect marriage of the top crus of Cannubi and Preda. Alluring aromas of balsamic herbs, sweet licorice, asphalt and rose petal notes, lead to a rich palate loaded with tobacco, cardamon, cherries, cranberries, anise seed, balsam, and a long, endless finish. 100% Nebbiolo. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, then bottled for 3 more years of aging before release.
