Inviting aromas of white flowers and fresh citrus fruits, with subtle notes of wood. It is well-structured with balanced acidity and wonderful flavors of pear, apricot, pineapple and quince on the nice, long finish. Aged 3 months in new French oak barrels, then another 6 months in stainless steel tanks, and finally another 9 months in the bottle before release.
