Intense ruby red color with a garnet hue. Ripe red cherry and sour cherry join the balsamic sweetness and spices given by deep maraschino liquor notes. Structured and silky flavors of cherry jam, blackberry preserve, raisin, and prune with layers of black pepper, cloves, and cinnamon lead to a lingering finish. Grapes: 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 10% Molinara/Croatina. Aged for 48 months in large barrels.
