Strong exotic fruits from pineapple to maracuja, yellow peach and floral with a clean, fresh, soft feel in the mouth. Well balanced with acidity.

Winemaking: Cold maceration and fermented in stainless for 6 months. No malolactic fermention. Aged 8 months in stainless and in bottle for 2 months. 8,000 bottles produced.
