Deep red color with an alluring bouquet of violets, cherries, and subtle grassy notes. The palate has delicious flavors of dried cherry, anise and spice with firm tannins and a nice, dry finish. An easy-drinking, medium bodied red wine. Molise is another region, together with Abruzzo and Marche, where the Montepulciano grape has found its own home.
