Inviting aromas of white flowers and fresh citrus fruits, with subtle notes of wood. It is well structured with good acidity and smooth flavors of pear, apricot, pineapple and quince on the lingering finish. Aged 3 months in new French oak barrels, then another 6 months in stainless steel tanks, and finally another 9 months in the bottle before release.
