Wonderful aromas of white spring flowers, lemon and chalky minerals. Silky smooth in the mouth with rich and expressive flavors of ripe pear, lemon, and apricot with lively acidity on the long, lingering, mineral finish. Aged 18 months on lees in temperature-controlled vats and in French Oak barrels.
